Carriage and return
Depending on the weight and size of the order, each separate order is added an appropriate transport cost besides the factual price on the purchase of products. This transport cost complies with the pricing policy of Post Danmark (the Danish Postal Services) and is revised on an ongoing basis according to the changes of Post Danmark. You should also be aware that you will only pay a transport cost (postage), no matter how your goods are sent from the museum.
Your ordered goods are sent directly to your letter box. In case of bigger orders you may have to collect the dispatch at your local post office.
In case the goods are damaged or lost in transport, the Danish Poster Museum is liable to pay damages. However, you have to inform Customer Service of the problem within 14 days. If the goods are damaged or lost upon return, the Danish Poster Museum is not liable to damages.
Goods that are purchased via this Online Shop will, with very few exceptions, be attended to on the first succeeding weekday after the order has been placed.
